REMOTE OPTIC UNIT OF DIGITAL REPEATER

PURPOSE: A digital optical unit of a digital repeater is provided to prevent the deterioration of the property of a signal generated by adopting a digital pre-distortion manner. CONSTITUTION: A first frequency converting unit(360) performs a frequency conversion to place a channel-filtered signal at the central portion of a DPD(Digital Pre-Distortion) engine bandwidth, and a CFR(Crest Factor Reduction) unit(370) performs the CFR process of an outputted signal outputted from a first frequency converting unit. The DPD engine performs the DPD processing of an output signal from the CFR unit. A second frequency converting unit up-converts or down-converts the signal outputted form the DPD engine as much as the frequency in the reverse direction of the frequency that is converted in the first frequency converting unit.
