PURPOSE: An undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cell is provided to ensure high self renewal ability and improved bone differentiation ability and treat bone metabolic diseases. CONSTITUTION: An undifferentiated stem cell has Oct4, osteopontin, osteocalcin, ALP(alkaline phosphatase), nestin expression ability. The mesenchymal stem cell increases the expression of beta-catenin or YAP(yes-associated protein). The mesenchymal stem cell is induced into the differentiation of bone cell by culturing in medium.
