METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF POST-OPERATIVE RECURRENCE IN PATIENTS WITH HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing occurrence risk after surgery of hepatocellular carcinoma is provided to analyze the expression of MTA1(metastatic tumor antigen 1 or metastasis associated 1) and screen drug for preventing and treating recurrence after hepatocellular carcinoma. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing occurrence risk after surgery of hepatocellular carcinoma comprises: a step of measuring expression level of metastatic tumor antigen(MTA1) from biological sample of patient who got surgery for hepatocellular carcinoma and has recurrence possibility; and a step of comparing the expression level with control expression level.
