PURPOSE: An electro-optic decorative matter and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent damages of an electro-optic layer which is consisted of a micro structure from an external force by including a cover sheet attached to a peak of a prism composing the electro-optic layer. CONSTITUTION: An electro-optic decorative matter(100) comprises: a base layer; a prism sheet(110) including an electro-optic layer repeatedly formed with concave prism grooves and convex prism peaks; a cover sheet(120) combined to the prism peaks; and a printing layer(130) installed in one of the cover sheet and the base layer.
