PURPOSE: An auxiliary unit for vehicles for the disabled is provided, which enables the disabled person to get on/off the vehicles safely and quickly. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary unit for vehicles for the disabled comprises a support seat(100) in which a cushioning portion is included and which forms upper side and the successive upper side of the vehicle seat, is raised from the upper side of the vehicle seat, and is rotated; an elevating member(400) which selectively lifts elevating shaft combined with a support seat; and a supporting part(200) in which the elevating shaft(300) and elevating member are received.
