PURPOSE: A winder for paper tape is provided to smoothly wind more than one paper tapes cut by a paper tape slitter device while avoiding the cut. CONSTITUTION: Bobbin fixing shafts(50) are installed in regular rows and columns on a front frame of a housing. Bobbins in which paper tapes are rolled are fixed to the bobbin fixing shafts. A drive member rotates the bobbin fixing shafts so that the paper tapes are wound on the fixed bobbins. A horizontal moving member travels the bobbin fixing shafts from side to side so that a paper tape layer is formed on the fixed bobbin.
