<p>The invention relates to a coil separator meant to separate solid impurities from the polluted gas resulting from some technological processes. According to the invention, the separator consists of a recipient comprising a cylindrical shell (1), vertically placed on a support (2), closed at both ends with some curved covers and divided into two chambers, an upper chamber (D) and a lower chamber ( C), by means of a tapered diaphragm (3) having the point oriented downwards, mounted under the median area. At the upper side, the separator is provided with a pipe (4) for input of the gaseous fluid to be separated and with a vertical pipe (5), coaxial with the axis of shell (1), wherethrough the purified gas is discharged. At the upper side, the pipe (4) goes in perpendicularly on the axis of the cylindrical shell (1) and it is continued inside, by means of a descending coil (6), ending in a nozzle (7), said coil having some holes (8) made on the wall towards the shell, through which already agglomerated impurities are projected onto the interior wall of the shell (1), the purification continuing by agglomerating those coming out through the nozzle (7), by centrifugation in the coil, towards the interior wall of the recipient, the collection thereof being performed in the lower chamber ( C), at the lower side, where the float (13), by means of a rod (14), actuates a rotor (15) of the blow-through valve (10), said rotor being integral with a mobile piece (16) provided with a channel which, depending on the angular position it has, makes two holes (18 and 19) communicate or not, said holes being provided in a threaded cover (20) of the valve (4), an input hole (18), connected with an input pipe (12), and a hole (19) connected with a discharge pipe (35), through which the viscous liquid (11) is blown outside the recipient.</p> |
