PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to increase light efficiency by forming an optical efficiency improving layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device includes a substrate(600), a first electrode(500), an organic layer(400), a second electrode(300), and an optical efficiency improving layer(200). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The organic layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the organic layer. The optical efficiency improving layer is formed on one of sides opposite to the organic layer among the first electrode and the second electrode and includes porphine derivatives, phtalocyanine derivatives, naphthalocyanine derivatives or the mixture thereof.
