摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device the cases of which are connected so that they are slid with sufficient strength, have a smaller optical loss by bending, and are communicable between them. <P>SOLUTION: The optical device 21 has a first case 8 and a second case 9 which are slidable in a mutually stacked state, and has a plastic optical fiber cable 7 which connects the first optical module 12 of the first case 8 and the second optical module 13 of the second case 9 so as to provide optical communication, wherein the plastic optical fiber cable 7 comprises a multiple core plastic coated optical fiber 5 and a coating layer 6 composed of a coating resin enclosing the coated optical fiber 5, and the coating resin is composed of a thermoplastic resin having modulus of bending elasticity of 10 MPa to 200 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
