Ž<P>SOLUTION: Upon determining that "A" is alone because an "existence confirmation signal" from another information terminal B2 is not receivable, an information terminal A1 transmits the information via a line 4 to an information terminal C3 which a parent of "A" present at a far place has. In this way, the parent of "A" who has the information terminal C3 can determine that the danger increases because "A" is alone although "A" may not have encountered a crime yet.
