PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix pieces of paper so as to be peelable but so as not to be inadvertently peeled in a folder for storing pieces of paper such as slips. SOLUTION: A paste ink is applied in a prescribed shape for the purpose of fixing a piece of paper to a sheet or on backing paper facing the sheet and is obtained by mixing weak paste with strong paste with ink at a prescribed mixing ratio. The composition of the weak paste and the strong paste to control adhesiveness and also print the logo of a company and the trademark of a product directly on the backing paper with the ink.
