PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform reverberation removal from an observation signal including reverberation, immediately after a signal observation is started. SOLUTION: A frequency division processing section 110 converts a time domain observation signal into a frequency domain observation signal, and a block-dividing section 220 divides it into blocks for each predetermined time interval. A sound source signal prior probability density function (PDF) estimating section 240 sequentially estimates a sound-source signal prior PDF, from the frequency domain observation signal which is sequentially received in a block unit. An autoregressive (AR) factor posterior PDF estimating section 250 sequentially estimates an AR factor posterior PDF, from the frequency domain observation signal which is sequentially received in a block unit by the AR factor posterior PDF estimating section, with the sound-source signal prior PDF corresponding to each of the block, and the AR factor prior PDF. A reverberation posterior PDF estimating section 270 estimates a reverberation posterior PDF from the AR posterior PDF and the frequency domain observation signal, and a reverberation removing section 280 removes reverberation component from the frequency domain observation signal by using it, and a frequency integration processing section 190 converts it into time domain.
