The system has a background light module (10) controlled by a light monitoring- and control module (8) to switch-on artificial light source to create a backlight depending on a condition of a monitored location. An alarm output/display/storage module (5) displays an alarm information, transmits output signals, and stores monitored alarm information and video images. A safety monitoring sensor (11) is connected with a safety monitoring system such that a tracing camera is controlled with full functions and receives desired data when the sensor is operated. An independent claim is also included for a method for tracing and identifying a movable object e.g. human, in a building.
