<p>The mash refining device comprises a refining unit (2a, 2b) with a conveyor (3a, 3b) to which a sieve-tube (4a, 4b) is arranged, an inlet (5a) for mash, a device for collecting and supplying of flavor, and/or an outlet (7a, 7b) for spent grains. The refining unit comprises an inlet for hot water, where the inlet brings the water through sieve-tube to conveyor for washing the spent grains. The conveyor is a pressing screw. The device for collecting and supplying of flavor is formed as tube that is arranged to the sieve-tube. The mash refining device comprises a refining unit (2a, 2b) with a conveyor (3a, 3b) to which a sieve-tube (4a, 4b) is arranged, an inlet (5a) for mash, a device for collecting and supplying of flavor, and/or an outlet (7a, 7b) for spent grains. The refining unit comprises an inlet for hot water, where the inlet brings the water through sieve-tube to conveyor for washing the spent grains. The conveyor is a pressing screw. The device for collecting and supplying of flavor is formed as tube that is arranged to the sieve-tube. The refining device is constructed in such a way that the refining process is carried out partially under protective gas atmosphere. The refining units are arranged in series, where the spent grains are supplied from a first refining unit to the next refining unit. The mash is supplied to the first refining unit and the inlet for liquid for washing the spent grains is arranged in a following refining unit. The refining unit is arranged under an angle of 5-30[deg] to horizontal. An independent claim is included for a refining process for refining mash.</p> |
