<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object monitoring device for preventing notification when a plurality of mobile communication terminals are located in the same local region. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile object monitoring device 30 includes: a current location decision part 33 for deciding whether or not the location information (first location information) of a first mobile communication terminal is included in monitor area information registered in advance; a same location decision part 34 for deciding whether or not the first mobile communication terminal and the second mobile communication terminal are located in the same local region by collating the first location information with the location (second location information) of the second mobile communication terminal; and a notification part 35 for, when the first location information is not included in the monitor area information, and when the first mobile communication terminal and the second mobile communication terminal are not located in the same local region, transmitting an alarm to at least one of the second mobile communication terminal and other terminals set in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
