<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an LED type lighting fixture in which use conditions and available light source devices are limited because its light emission characteristic is deteriorated as a temperature is raised, relating to the LED type lighting fixture. <P>SOLUTION: The LED type lighting fixture comprises a translucent tube body 1 and a base 9 provided with a terminal connectable to a socket of a fluorescent lamp fixture on which the tube body is loaded. In the tube body, a circuit board 5 comprising an LED ignition circuit and a plurality of LED 2 are mounted through an LED mounting substrate 3 at one surface side of the circuit board. At the other surface side of the circuit board 5, a heatsink 7 is attached for releasing the heat accumulated in the circuit board 5. A ventilation hole 11 communicating with the outside and inside of the tube body 1 is formed at the base 9. Thus, the temperature rise and heat accumulation of the LED 2 are suppressed to prevent deterioration in brightness, thereby providing an LED type lighting fixture free from limits on use conditions and light source devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
