DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR SEARCHING DATABASE OF STEEL PLATE PRODUCTION RESULT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set a candidate for a production condition for producing a steel plate satisfying required performance by searching a database of steel plate production result.

SOLUTION: Result data satisfying a performance test condition which is moderated with respect to required specifications, are searched from a database of steel plate production result for each plate thickness section range (a part of the range of required plate thickness) where candidates for a production condition cannot be set on the basis of data of the same performance test condition as the required specifications (S11). Steel plate performance is compared for each group of data having common result values of the production condition in the search result by correcting a steel plate performance value in accordance with differences in content of the performance test condition or interpolating or extrapolating the steel plate performance value in accordance with a plate thickness value, so that candidates for the production condition satisfying the required performance are set (S15 to S17).
