<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit which efficiently amplifies a wide bandwidth envelope signal, and outputs voltage which suppresses distortion to input voltage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit 1 is composed of: an amplifier 9 which amplifies difference voltage of a voltage signal input to a positive input terminal and the negative input terminal; a resistor 10 in which an end is connected to an output terminal of the amplifier 9, and another end is connected to the negative input terminal of the amplifier 9 and an output terminal of the power supply circuit 1; a hysteresis comparator 6 which inputs voltage occurred by the resistor 10; and an inductor 5 which connects output terminals of an inverter 7 and the power supply circuit 1 where a transistor 3 of the inverter 7 inputs a signal created by the hysteresis comparator 6, and a transistor 4 of the inverter 7 inputs an inverted signal. The distortion created by effect of the voltage drop by the resistor 10 is suppressed by an action that the amplifier 9 functions as a voltage follower. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
