<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment which stabilizes resonance frequency in a receiving circuit part, suppresses attenuation of an information signal even when wiring is routed too long, and thereby improves communication quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication equipment 3 performing communication via a human body 2 is provided with: a receiving electrode 5 which is connected or capacitively coupled to a part of the human body 2; a cable part 6 with one end connected to the receiving electrode 5; the receiving circuit part 8 which is connected to the other end of the cable part 6, resonates in a communication signal band to take out necessary frequency components; a capacitor 7 for coupling which is provided between the cable part 6 and the receiving circuit part 8; and an inductor 9 for cable part which is connected in parallel with parasitic capacitance C<SB>S</SB>to be formed between the cable part 6 and reference potential of the receiving circuit, and resonate with the parasitic capacitance C<SB>S</SB>to constitute a cable part resonance circuit 15.
