<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying treatment device capable of being effectively agitated and achieving almost complete pulverization so that a bone chip is not included in a treated article even if the amount of oil contained in the treated article is large and the inside of a treatment chamber is slippery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drying treatment device A is provided with the treatment chamber 1 capable of charging and delivering the treated article, an agitating body 2, and a heating chamber 4. The agitating body 2 is provided with a rotating shaft 21 driven to normal and reverse rotation directions, and a required number of agitating paddles 22 and 22a disposed on the rotating shaft 21 and rotated and moved along an inner surface of the treatment chamber 1 and having a vane plate 24 capable of feeding the treated article to an axial direction of the rotating shaft 21 in the treatment chamber 1 while agitating the treated article. The agitating paddle 22 is provided with a return stop plate having a blade 28 rotated and moved adjacent to an inner surface at the bottom of the treatment chamber 1 and preventing return to an opposite direction when the treated article is fed to one end side of the treatment chamber 1 and the pressure of the treated article is high.
