PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensate recovering device having a low heat energy loss by preventing the generation of reevaporated steam discharged to the atmospheric air. SOLUTION: A condensate tank 3 is disposed at the lower part of a plurality of steam using devices 1, 2. A coiled heat exchange pipe 8 is disposed inside the condensate tank 3. An end section of the heat exchange pipe 8 is applied as a cooling water supply pipe 9. A condensate pressure-feeding means 4 is disposed at a lower part of the condensate tank 3 through a condensate pipe 11. The condensate generated in the steam use devices 1, 2 flows down to the condensate tank 3 through steam traps 6, 7. As the reevaporated steam in the condensate tank 3 is cooled by the heat exchange pipe 8 to be condensed again, the volume is reduced, and the inside of the condensate tank 3 is kept in a decompressed state of low pressure.
