The invention relates to water treatment, particularly to multistage processing and can be used for local systems for the preparation of potable water from surface and subsurface water sources or afterpurification of tapwater. The proposed process for the preparation of potable water consists in oxidation treatment of primary water by ozone and UV radiation simultaneously, filtering through two-layered grainy loading, passage through microfilter, treatment of filtrate by ozone and UV radiation simultaneously, besides ozone doze Qis chosen at ratio of Q=(3-15)Q, where Q– ozone doze by the treatment of the primary water, further filtering through activated carbon and final decontamination of water by UV radiation; in addition radiant exposure of UV radiation during the process for water treatment makes up 45-2000 mj/cm. The realization of the proposed process provides the obtaining of potable water of high quality. |
