<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for suppressing electromagnetic waves leaking from a very small gap generated between a case and a cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave reflecting layer 14 is provided to cover both the surfaces of a belt-shaped dielectric material 12 and the one end surface among the end surfaces, extending in the longitudinal direction between the dielectric material surfaces. A conductive bonding material 16 is provided on the electromagnetic waves reflecting layer 14 formed on the dielectric material 12.
