<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically-installable foundation of a snow fence, which is excellent in construction characteristics, and which exerts excellent durability by preventing overturn and collapse from being caused even by continuous intrusion of meltwater, rainwater, etc. over many years from a boundary line between foundation concrete and a ground surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A member for a foundation framework of the snow fence is constituted by combining a set of the following members: a foundation pile 2 made of a metal pipe, which has a connecting head 4 with a through-hole 40 for a bolt provided on an upper end side, and which has a lower end side as a portion to be driven into the ground; an anchoring pile 5 which is a metal pipe capable of being mounted on the connecting head 4, which has a foundation plate 50 protruded and integrated from an outer periphery of an upper end of a skirting cylinder portion 52 having a corresponding through-hole 53 for a bolt drilled in a location corresponding to the through-hole 40, and which secures a working hole in the center; a washer body 6 which has a nut 64 fixed to each of locations aligned with the corresponding through-hole 53 of the skirting cylinder portion 52 of the anchoring pile 5; and a bolt 65 for connecting the respective corresponding members together.
