PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen-printing method which can raise the homogeneity in printing by preventing the occurrence of blurring in the first half side of printing, and bleeding in the last half side of printing. SOLUTION: This screen-printing method, using a screen 16 equipped with a pattern section 13, and first and second non-pattern sections 14 and 15 on both sides of the pattern section 13, includes: a running-up process wherein a paste which is rolled by a squeegee 18 is increased to a target paste amount by moving the squeegee 18 from the inside of the first non-pattern section 14 to a pattern boundary position on the boundary between the first non-pattern section 14 and the pattern section 13; a printing process wherein the moving speed of the squeegee 18 is gradually decelerated when the squeegee 18 is lowered to a printing starting position and then moved from the printing starting position to a printing completion position on the boundary between the pattern section 13 and the second non-pattern section 15, to maintain the paste to be rolled by the squeegee 18 at the target paste amount; and an overrun process wherein the squeegee 18 after being raised is moved to the final point in the second non-pattern section 15.
