<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of power, fuel or the like required for an electric appliance such as a temperature regulator, an air blower, an air conditioner or the like driven to directly or indirectly keep a temperature in an organism breeding container such as an animal breeding cage or an aquatic organism breeding tank at a constant temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A material with a heat storage medium applied is provided inside a wall or on the outer wall of the animal breeding cage or the aquatic organism breeding tank, thereby reducing a consumption of the power, the fuel or the like for the temperature regulator or the like.
