PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more stably and effectively disperse the load input from a suspension device to a rear wheel house side in a vehicular side body structure which has an opening in a body rear wall and in which a suspension tower portion is formed integrally with a rear wheel house of a body sidewall. SOLUTION: The vehicular side body structure includes: the opening in the body rear wall; and the suspension tower portion formed integrally with the rear wheel house 7 of the body sidewall. The vehicular side body structure further includes: a peeler outer reinforcement 20 at least a part of which passes through a C-peeler portion 17 from the top of the rear wheel house 7 and extends substantially upward to lead to a roof rail portion 14; and a stepped portion 21 which is formed on an outer side surface of the peeler outer reinforcement to form a ridge line 21R leading to a roof rail portion from the top of the rear wheel house.
