摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy method for simply regenerating a conductive support, to provide a photoreceptor, in which a photosensitive layer is formed again on a regenerated conductive support, and a method for manufacturing the photoreceptor, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The regenerated support is obtained through steps of: immersing a photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing a resin component on a conductive support (support) in a stripping liquid containing a dibasic ester, a stripping accelerator and a reducing electrolytic water as composition components by using a photosensitive layer stripping device shown in Fig 1; while imparting flow force to the stripping liquid to uniformly agitate the stripping liquid, stripping the photosensitive layer from the support surface by the flow force of the stripping liquid; and then cleaning the support stripped of the photosensitive layer with the reducing electrolytic water. A new photoreceptor is obtained by forming again a photosensitive layer on the regenerated support. The photoreceptor is used to constitute an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge.
