PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-surgical device can largely denature protein in a specific range only with enhanced conductivity by feeding a conductive fluid such as physiological saline.

SOLUTION: The electro-surgical device 12 for joining living tissues includes a pair of holding faces 54a and 54b for holding the living tissues; joining treatment parts 54a and 54b for joining the living tissues held between the pair of holding faces with the energy fed from an energy source; and fluid feeding parts 56a and 56b disposed in the holding faces or joining treatment parts for feeding the conductive fluid to the living tissues held by the pair of holding faces.
