<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ICD (International Classification of Diseases) code providing device capable of providing ICD codes, flexibly coping with various disease names used in patients' charts. <P>SOLUTION: The ICD code providing device includes a storage means 3 storing disease name data and ICD codes in relation to each other, and associating to store the disease name corresponding to the disease name data out of the disease names corresponding to the ICD code when the disease data does not correspond to the ICD code, and a control means 4 providing the ICD code when there is the corresponding ICD code in the storage means 3 based on the disease name data included in prescription data, and providing the ICD code after converting into corresponding disease name data in the storage means 3 when there is no ICD code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
