<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an engine rotation stop position at a target stop position with high accuracy at the time of idling stop. <P>SOLUTION: Target rotational speed at a reference point which is set at a top dead center (TDC) a predetermined crank angle before a target stop position of engine rotation is set, and the target track of an engine rotation behavior since an engine rotation stop behavior starts until the target rotational speed at the reference point is reached is calculated based on the target rotational speed at the reference point and an engine friction. Then, the torque of an alternator (electric machinery) is controlled to make the engine rotation behavior match the target track during the engine rotation stop behavior. The target rotational speed at the reference point is set at a rotational speed that is the lower limit of the rotational speed or less within the rotational speed range in which the torque of the alternator is generated and also that is close to the lower limit of the rotational speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
