<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact temperature sensor of a simple structure capable of achieving satisfactory temperature compensation performance and having easily handleable lead wires etc. for extracting output of each temperature-sensing element. <P>SOLUTION: The noncontact temperature sensor includes: a flexible printed wiring board 16 to which a temperature-sensing element 12 for infrared detection and a temperature-sensing element 14 for temperature compensation are mounted; reinforcing plates 17 pasted to surface parts on the opposite sides on both sides of a conductor pattern 32 and a resin film 30 of the flexible printed wiring board 16; a lid part 50 having both a top plate 52 in which a light-guiding opening 54 and a lid-sidewall 56; and a case part 40 having both a bottom plate 42 and a case-sidewall 46 and fit in an inside surface of the lid-sidewall 56. A peripheral edge of the flexible printed wiring board 16 and lead wires 20 in an assembled state are held between the lid part 50 and the case part 40. The reinforcing plates 17 come into contact with the inside surface of the case-sidewall 46 to position the flexible printed wiring board 16 and position the temperature-sensing element 12 for infrared detection to the side of the light-guiding opening 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
