PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device for delivering a workpiece sent in the vertical direction into the horizontal direction without changing the attitude of the workpiece with no electric control. SOLUTION: This conveying device includes: a horizontal conveyor 10 conveying an object W to be carried, a vertical conveyor 20 disposed on a head part pulley returning-back part 13 side of the horizontal conveyor 10, having horizontal sash bars 22 projecting from the belt surface 21 roughly at right angles, and conveying the object W transferred by the horizontal conveyor 10; and a horizontal conveyor 50 for delivery disposed on an upper pulley 25 side of the vertical conveyor 20 and driven at a speed higher than that at the horizontal sash bar ends at the upper part pulley returning-back part of the vertical conveyor 20.
