SOLUTION: This mobile communication method has a process in which an HO source radio base station inputs identification information PCI of a base station key KeNBand an HO destination cell and identification information ARFCN of a frequency for the HO destination in a first key derivation function KDF(*), in HO processing, and generates intermediate key KeNB* thereby to transmit it to an HO destination radio base station, and a process in which the HO destination radio base station generates the base station key KeNBbased on the intermediate Key KeNB*, in HO processing.
