<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide emulsion for heated drying which yields a water system damping material applicable to an under floor of a vehicle interior, a rail vehicle, a marine vessel, an airplane, electric equipment, a building construction, construction equipment, etc., by exerting the excellent heated drying performance and vibration control performance, and a water system chipping material suitably applicable to an automobile exterior, an automobile component, a home electrical appliance and a machine etc., by exerting the excellent heated drying performance and chipping performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The emulsion for heated drying is produced by polymerization of a monomer mixture essentially requiring an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and is neutralized by amine having a boiling point of 80 °C or more.
