<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a seat mounting part by which the deformation of a rear floor panel can be suppressed as less as possible by deforming a rear cross member uniformly without applying an input load to only one part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first rear cross member 5 is structured in such a way that the rigidity of joint parts 7, 8 of right and left rear side members 1, 2 is made higher than other part 9 structured to be uniform in cross section and that brackets 10, 11, which serve as seat attaching parts or seat belt attaching parts, are fixed at predetermined intervals on the inside bottom part 5A of the uniform cross-section part 9. Then, a plate 14 is fixed on flange parts 5C formed on the uniform cross-section part 9 with the top surface of the first rear cross member 5 structured as an opening part so as to cover a pair of the bracket 10, 11, and the part is structured to be a closed cross section.
