<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater infiltration prevention device of a sliding door, which enables a rainwater infiltration prevention structure to be inexpensively constructed for the existing sliding door in a short time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rainwater infiltration prevention device 20 of the sliding door prevents the infiltration of the rainwater to the inside 1A of a room from between a sliding door frame 2 and a sliding door sash 4 which is openably/closably erected in the sliding door frame 2. A pushing means 5 for pushing the sliding door sash 4 from the inside 1A of the room is installed on the sill member 2d of the sliding door frame 2. The pushing means 5, which can maintain and release pushing, pushes a bottom rail 4d of the sliding sash 4 from the inside 1A of the room when the sliding door sash 4 is closed, makes a first vertical surface 4ea of the bottom rail 4d abut on or get close to a second surface 2ea erected on the sill member 2d, and enables the maintenance of this state.
