<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus allowing more impressive and joyful image appreciation by exhibiting information relating to impression of an image to be appreciated together with the image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: a composition specifying unit 32 for specifying composition of an image from one of the image acquired by an image acquisition unit 31 and additional information; an impression decision unit 33 for determining impression that the composition gives an appreciator of the image from the image composition specified by the composition specifying unit 32; and an impression exhibiting unit 34 for exhibiting the information relating to the impression determined by the impression decision unit 33 together with the image acquired by the image acquisition unit 31.
