A composite material comprises a supporting layer, which is made of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, copper or stainless steel. A reflective layer, an absorber layer and a dielectric and/or oxide anti-reflective layer are provided on one side of the supporting layer. The reflective layer is made of a metal or metal alloy. The absorber layer is provided on the reflective layer and is made of metal compound of oxygen, nitrogen and/or carbon, where the metal is selected from metals of transition group IV, chromium and a combination of a metal of IV subgroup with aluminum or chromium. A composite material comprises a supporting layer, which is made of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, copper or stainless steel. A reflective layer, an absorber layer and a dielectric and/or oxide anti-reflective layer are provided on one side of the supporting layer. The reflective layer is made of a metal or metal alloy. The absorber layer is provided on the reflective layer and is made of metal compound of oxygen, nitrogen and/or carbon, where the metal is selected from metals of transition group IV, chromium and a combination of a metal of IV subgroup with aluminum or chromium. The dielectric and/or oxide anti-reflective layer is made of stoichiometric or non-stoichiometric composition, which is located over the absorber layer. A fourth layer made of nitride, carbide or a carbonitride of a metal or a mixture of two or multiple metals from IV, V or VI group, is provided between the absorber layer and the reflective layer. An optically active layer of a metal compound with stoichiometric composition is also provided between the absorber layer and the dielectric anti-reflective layer. |
