The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the neurosurgery, and concerns the method for neurosurgical planning at interventions on brain deep structures which provides the tomographic study under angiography mode, automated segmentation of anatomic structures, carrying out of classification of objects on traumatism degrees, automated determination of an optimum pathway of movement of the surgical tool by criterion of the smallest traumatism degree and formation of parameters of control of a stereotactic device.
