<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle mounted with a mechanical oil pump and an electric oil pump that can prevent failure caused by continuous operation of the electric oil pump exceeding its limit. <P>SOLUTION: When it is preliminarily decided that EOP continuous operation cannot be performed as the continuous operation of the electric oil pump exceeds a predetermined level (S110), engine actuation is requested for mechanical oil pump actuation (S120). When an engine is not still actuated and it is finally decided that the EOP continuous operation cannot be performed as the continuous operation reaches a limit level (S150), the electric oil pump is stopped (S160) and processing is performed for securing a vehicle condition for restarting a vehicle travel even when oil pressure supply is stopped as the electric oil pump is stopped. Then, under the condition that the vehicle is stopped (a vehicle speed=0), shift position selection is automatically switched to a P position, and a driver receives a warning about the fact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
