<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program broadcasting device allowing a high-image-quality program to be viewed without being influenced by the degree of congestion of a line, and capable of preventing a copyright problem such as an illegal copy of a content; a program reception device; and a program broadcasting system. <P>SOLUTION: This program broadcasting device 100 includes a transmission means 102 to transmit main program data and sub-program data to this program reception device. The transmission means 102 further transmits sub-program insertion timing information used for the program reception device 101 to set insertion timing of the sub-program data into the main program data, and can thereby control the program reception device 101 so as not to output the main program data unless the sub-program data inserted based on the sub-program insertion timing information are output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
