<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously and automatically shut off a load current path when overcurrent flows to a load, and furthermore, to immediately and automatically shut off the load current path even when short circuit of load occurs in DC power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When potential of one pole of an external DC power source is applied to one end of a first coil and potential of the other pole of the external DC power source is applied to the other end of a first semiconductor element, when a current exceeding a predetermined current value flows between the other end of the first coil and the other end of a second coil, a second control end is controlled by the potential of one end of the first semiconductor, and a first control end is further controlled by potential of one end of a second semiconductor element to shut off the current path held by the first semiconductor element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
