<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying tin-containing waste, by which a purified tin oxide product usable as a defoamer for glass is obtained from tin-containing waste containing tin and tin oxides with low environmental load, and a method for reusing tin-containing waste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for purifying tin-containing waste includes a dissolution step of dissolving components other than tin and tin oxides in slurry obtained by mixing tin-containing waste containing tin and tin oxides with at least one of water and an acid solution, and a purification step of purifying the tin oxides by subjecting the slurry to solid-liquid separation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
