PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure for a motorcycle capable of enhancing appearance property of the vehicle and effectively cooling a brake-relation member. SOLUTION: On a rear part of the motorcycle 10, a rear brake calliper 62 is provided at a periphery of a gear box 124, and on a gear box cover 126, an air guide part 176 comprising a traveling wind taking-in part 177 for taking-in traveling wind from a front side; a guide part 179 extending to a rear side of the traveling wind taking-in part 177 and rearwardly leading the led air taken-in by the traveling wind taking-in part 177; and a traveling wind output part 178 provided such that a part is overlapped with the rear brake calliper 62 at a rear side of the guide part 179 and outputting the led air is formed.
