PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of storing the heat into a heat storage device transferring the heat to a remote place of utilization by effectively using the waste heat from a heat generation apparatus such as a refuse incinerator, in particular, the sensible heat of a flowing medium. SOLUTION: A heat storage body for storing the heat by using the change of state between the solid and the liquid, and a storage container for storing a heat exchange medium for generating the change of state through the heat exchange with the heat storage body are provided. In a process of drawing a flowing medium of a fluidized bed incinerator by using a screw conveyor 22, the heat exchange medium discharged from the storage container is heat-exchanged with the flowing medium, and the heat exchange medium is heated above the melting temperature of the heat storage body.
