<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress useless power consumption by optimally controlling the lighting condition of a light source in accordance with a detection result of detecting passers-by. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Moving-direction detecting devices 200a-200c detect the moving directions of objects (passers-by 860). A light control device 300 determines the lighting condition of the light source in accordance with the moving directions detected by the moving-direction detecting devices 200a-200c.
