PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool magazine allowing reduction of cost. SOLUTION: This tool magazine 11 includes a plurality of tool holding parts 25 for holding tool holders 4 fixed with tools, and is rotated by being connected to a prescribed rotating and driving mechanism. The plurality of tool holding parts 25 are arranged in a substantially circular annular shape with a rotation center O of the tool magazine 11. In the tool holding parts 25, arrangement grooves 21b arranged with the tool holders 4 are formed to be recessed from a radial direction outside end of the tool magazine 11 toward the rotation center O.
