PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a contact area where the outer peripheral surface of a spool shaft is in contact with the inner ring, in a spool of a dual-bearing reel, and prevent a spool shaft from being shaken at high-speed rotation of the spool. SOLUTION: The spool shaft 16 includes a shaft portion 16c, a ringlike first large-diameter portion 16d formed so that a part of both end outer peripheral portions of the shaft portion 16c has a larger diameter than the shaft portion 16c, and a ringlike second large-diameter portion 16e disposed more outward of the first large-diameter portion 16d at a distance from the first large-diameter portion 16d and formed so that a part of one end outer peripheral portion of the shaft portion 16c on the side apart from the center of the spool 4 has a larger diameter than the shaft portion 16c.
