<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the adjustment of a flow rate and the change of a pulsating flow magnitude by allowing a space between press rollers to be easily changeable in a roller pump in which liquid in an elastic tube is supplied by the rollers squeezing the tube. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roller pump is provided with a plurality of press rollers 23<SB>1</SB>to 23<SB>8</SB>of the same size rotatably pivoted at a circumference 21' coaxial with a rotary shaft 21 of a rotary disc 20, and a guide plate having a cylindrical surface opposing at least two or more press rollers coaxial with the rotary shaft at the rotary disc 20. The elastically deformable tube is arranged between the cylindrical surface and the press roller, and the liquid in the tube is supplied from one side to the other side by rotating the rotary disc 20 while squeezing the tube by the cylindrical surface and the press roller. The rotary disc 20 has holes 21<SB>1</SB>to 22<SB>12</SB>detachably attaching a plurality of press rollers at the same intervals at the circumference 21' coaxial with the rotary shaft 21, and the press rollers different in number can be attached by selecting these holes.
